Add 1-2 TBS of water to a pot and bring to a boil. Empty the meal into the pot, cover, reduce heat to medium, and steam for 8-10 min.

However you heat your meal, make sure ingredients reach 165F.
Add ingredients, including the cooking liquid, to your blender. Blend until you find your desired consistency.
Lose a little cooking liquid and add ingredients to your blender. Pulse until you find your desired consistency. Or mash everything together with the back of your fork.

Skip blending altogether and serve as finger food.
